The Role

The role will be telephony based and you will be required to make sales calls to potential customers following a referral to us. This role will be predominantly an outbound sales role, but there will be no cold calling involved.

You will need to have the following.

  • Experience in the insurance industry
  • Excellent sales, telephony, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivation with a passion for Sales
  • Excellent negotiation and Customer Service skills
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written
  • Organisational and good time management skills
  • Developing strong relationships with new clients at all levels.
  • A willingness to take on new challenges.
  • Good knowledge of MS applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Able to work to ensure compliance with FCA regulations and Data Protection Security Policies.
