German Administrator (12 Month FTC) - Glasgow Based or Remote Working - Salary up to £22,000p/a DOE

Are you a fluent German speaker looking for your next challenge? Do you have administrative experience? Do you want the opportunity to join a growing, global business?

We’re looking to chat with fluent German speakers from a customer service or administration background for a new, full-time contract opportunity. You will be responsible for accurately entering data into relevant systems, preparing and reviewing policy documents and completing administration tasks to a high standard.

This is a 12 Month FTC, working full time hours Monday-Friday with an excellent, competitive salary available for the right candidate! Due to the nature of the position you will be required to WFH, and must have your own IT equipment to do so.

Are you who we’re looking for?

  • You are fluent in German and English (Written & Orally)
  • You have experience within customer service or administrative environment
  • You have experience in and enjoy working towards set targets and KPI’s
  • You have strong attention to detail, allowing accurate data entry at all times
  • You can work well within a team environment
  • You are proficient in Microsoft software and packages
  • You are motivated and able to self-manage
  • Experience within the insurance sector is desired but not essential

What is the day to day like?

  • Completing data entry into various systems
  • Preparing policy documents as required
  • Working towards set targets and SLA’s
  • Conducting audit and quality checks when required
  • Working within a team to make recommendations for improvement internally
  • Supporting the underwriting team, checking all documentation
  • Completing all administrative duties daily
  • Managing your time and diary to effectively complete tasks to the highest standards
  • Continuously gaining knowledge of the insurance industry
