Sanderson are partnering with one of the UK’s leading financial services group who are looking for Customer Service Representatives to join their customer services team and play a very important role in one of the companies most essential departments.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Taking inbound calls speaking with customers in regards to Pensions, Investments and Insurance products
  • Communicating clearly with customers and responding appropriately to their needs
  • Maintaining professional standards and abide by all regulatory requirements
  • Navigate through multiple systems whilst on calls with customers to obtain the correct information
  • Work accurately and efficiently to achieve quality standards and to ensure customers receive correct and timely information

Skills required:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Be able to work with customers whilst being kind as well as professional
  • Passionate towards customer service
  • Strong ability to work well in a regulated environment
  • Customer service experience within a contact centre or customer facing environment including retail, hospitality and telecoms
  • Computer literate

This role is based in Edinburgh with excellent access to transport links. This is a full time, permanent position that offers hybrid working and opportunity for progression within the company.
