Salary negotiable depending on experience

This is a role which is integral to the Claimant Complex Claims team and is a great opportunity to join a developing team with excellent career progression. Full training will be provided. Your main duties will include;

  • Taking all new initial claims into the team
  • Dealing with these calls which involves taking lots of information from the Client and collating this onto a document
  • Processing the information onto the case management system
  • Dealing with the initial call for files referred in from other teams in the same manner as above
  • Managing call backs for these Clients
  • Updating the new claims spreadsheet
  • Liaising with the team
  • Allocating files
  • Obtaining records and information
  • Ability to manage a Client well, keep them updated and informed when requested
  • Requesting, collating and various records
  • Chasing various parties as and when requesting
  • Obtained various documents as and when requested
  • Assisting with liability enquiries
  • Conduct legal research

  • Good working knowledge of the Microsoft package e.g. outlook, excel, word and teams

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Salary: £20,319.00 per year
