Claims Handler (Repairs) opportunity with a leading Claims Handling Specialist
Salary- £20500-25000
Mon-Fri- shift within 8am-8pm- normally 9- 5.30. Some Saturdays on a rota basis.
Hybrid or office based in Newcastle- Under- Lyme
You will manage a day top day workload of insurance claims providing outstanding customer service and ensuring all service level agreements are met. You will be the first point of contact for policy holders, clients and suppliers. You will also liaise with the claims validation department and support the Senior Claims handlers as required
Experience needed-
Previous customer service experience including preventing and resolving complaints
Previous Household Insurance Industry experience
Cert II desirable but not essential
