The opportunity:

This is an exciting opportunity, reporting to the Senior Propositions Manager. As Change Manager, you will play a key role as we develop our products, technology and propositions to meet our customers’ evolving needs – by supporting change, project management and prioritization. You will implement market-leading responses to our customers and digital solutions across all of ZM.
Many of our employees work flexibly in a variety of different ways, including part-time, flexible hours, job share, an element of working from home or compressed hours. What will you be doing?

  • Development and delivery of strategic Initiatives and projects to enhance efficiency, quality, business strategy, customer experience and propositions
  • Ensuring projects are completed to specification, within an established time frame and budget
  • Monitoring project dependencies
  • Oversight of project and change activity and management for ZM, in liaison with Ops and IT to deliver as required
  • Development of a PMO and investment prioritization mechanism, engaging with senior stakeholders, facilitating sessions, providing reporting, drafting business cases and providing inputs to review packs
  • Inputs to and execution of the ZM target operating model and associated strategic change for ZM
  • Provision of methodologies and tools to sponsors and team members to support initiatives and institutionalize a culture that embraces change

What are we looking for?

  • Substantial change and project management experience
  • Ability to drive discussions with subject matter experts within the company regarding technology or with suppliers
  • Ability to work at all levels of the organization, with excellent presentation and communications skills
  • Expertise in all aspects of project portfolio prioritization, approvals, funding, planning, execution, reporting and benefit tracking preferred
