A fast-growing SaaS Tech company is looking to find a Manchester Based or Remote Business Analyst to join the team as it enters an exciting phase of growth. SaaS / Software experience in the Insurance space is essential

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

If you are a Business Analyst with amazing stakeholder engagement abilities at senior level and if you can build trusted relations, we want to hear from you.

YOU’LL GET THE CHANCE TO:

• Participating in meetings regarding requirement specification
• Identifying major stakeholders and requirement sources
• Identifying business needs, requirements, constraints and business problem of current system along with the stakeholders
• Identifying business glossary
• Setting requirement priorities along with stakeholder
• Participating in requirement validation meetings
• Requirement documentation and detail analysis
• Creating Unified Modelling Language (UML) diagrams for each particular requirement
• Working diligently at educating themselves in business knowledge acquirement
• Consistently meeting with business Customers to receive business requirements
• Effectively communicating to all stakeholders to solidify needs and identifying issues in a timely manner
• Writing and maintaining defects and user stories and reviews them with stakeholders
• Real-life experience implementing Agile (Scrum or Kanban) or at least active participation in Agile teams developing software solutions (3+ years experience)
• Rally, JIRA or any other advanced tool for Agile teams
• Understanding of how performance is measured for Agile teams

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED:

• Experience working as a Business Analyst
• SaaS Insurance experience is essential

• Experience working in agile environment
• Agile (Scrum or Kanban) or at least active participation in Agile teams developing software solutions (3+ years experience)
• Rally, JIRA or any other advanced tool for Agile teams
• Requirement documentation and detail analysis
• Unified Modelling Language (UML) diagrams for particular requirement
• Consistently meets with business Customers to receive business requirements
• Effectively communicating to all stakeholders to solidify needs and identifying issues in a timely manner
• User stories writing and maintenance with stakeholders
• Offshore/onsite delivery model

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Experience:

• agile: 3 years (Preferred)
• business analysis: 3 years (Preferred)
