An experience IT & Telcoms Engineer required for an established and growing IT Solutions business on the South coast.

  • Both on customer site and remote troubleshooting, communicating technical information to end users, and 3d parties via telephone, e-mail, and remote support tools.
  • Resolving IT incidents, Software, Hardware, Printers and Telcoms
  • Partake in an out of hours – Paid overtime

Technical Skills Required

  • 3+ years of 2nd/3rd Line IT Support experience
  • Excellent experience with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, switching, WAP technologies
  • Cloud Support technologies – Azure / O365
  • Telcoms Support experience including VOIP Technologies
  • A full driving license is essential

Salary:
Cira £34,000 – £44,0,000 Dependant on experience including company car
