Senitor are pleased to be assisting a local IT Solutions business in their search for an IT Technician. Based in Wilmslow, the company prides itself on its close-knit ’family-feel’ environment, impressive staff retention and relaxed working culture.

They are looking for someone with excellent technical troubleshooting skills and who is confident in communicating with multiple customers to ensure their IT issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. The role is based on-site in Wilmslow with working hours of Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm.

Main Responsibilities:
Provide 1st and 2nd line support to customers by telephone, email and remotely.
Provide occasional on-site customer support where required when issues can’t be resolved remotely.
Provide support for existing IT systems, infrastructure and networks.
Assist in project work alongside the IT team.

Skills and Experience required:
2-3 years experience in a similar IT Support or Infrastructure role.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Server technologies including Office 365
Microsoft Operating Systems
Network hardware support (Routers, Switches and firewalls)
Excellent knowledge of Active Directory
Microsoft Exchange
Excellent communication skills.
