IT Technician
Our client, a fast growing manufacturing company, is currently recruiting for an experienced IT Technicianto join their company in a standalone role. The IT Technicianwill be responsible the support of IT systems and hardware as well as proving upgrades for our clients EPR systems within SQL.
Responsibilities for the IT Technician
To provide troubleshooting support to all internal Company IT users and on all IT related infrastructure, including phones, photocopiers etc
Diagnosing network issues, proactively identifying potential risks and proposing/implementing short and long-term improvements
Accountable for ERP system maintenance and configuration, including SQL reporting.
Setting up and maintaining servers, PC’s and related infrastructure as required due to staff changes
Key Skills & Experience for the IT Technician
Essential
Around 2 years experience in SQL support and development
Experience supporting and troubleshooting Windows operating systems
Networking support experience
Full UK Driving License
Strong written and spoken communication skills
