The University has an exciting opportunity for an IT Technician to work within the James Watt School of Engineering.

In this role you will work as part of a Team to provide high-quality IT support to staff, undergraduates, postgraduates, and visitors in the James Watt School of Engineering.

The postholder will provide an efficient and user-focused service, interpreting client requirements to ensure all issues are managed, diagnosed, and resolved.

This is a user-facing role in a busy environment. The successful candidate will have excellent customer handling skills as well as the required technical abilities to carry out their duties.

This post is full time (35 hours per week) and offered on an open ended basis.
