Job Overview

We are currently recruiting for an Intern - IT Technician on a fixed term contract. The main purpose of this role is to diagnose, repair, and maintain hardware and software components to ensure the smooth running of computer systems. The responsibilities will include installing and configuring computer hardware and being the primary point of contact for IT support on specific projects.

Job Responsibilities

  • Participate in; - Digital Workplace Project - Security Remediation - Office Move
  • Assist users to back up computers to network drives, document processes and assist users to personalise machines.

  • Basic CMD (Command Prompt) knowledge
