360QA have over 10 years experience recovering Global Microsoft M365 & D365 Programmes and now, due to demand, they are expanding this service to pro-actively manage customer’s M365 platforms BEFORE issues arise.

Therefore, we are recruiting to expand the team. This brand new, exciting role suitable for a seasoned IT Supportengineer with M365 experience who is looking to take the next step in their career and build an ICT Support department.

The purpose and ultimate goal of this position is to ensure customer satisfaction and expand our IT Support / M365 service team .

This role is a leadership position and you would therefore you would be accountable for operations & scaling of the department. Being responsible for the growth & development of the service desk team, ensuring support capacity is scalable and matches demand.

Responsibilities

  • Be the central point of contact for all matters relating to the Microsoft 365 Platform.
  • Work with all areas of the business to drive efficiency & M365 business focussed solutions.
  • Develop a team using both existing resources and assist with the recruitment of others.
  • Creating reports for customers
  • Leveraging the support platform (Zendesk) as both a project tracking resource and a management tool.
  • Be responsible for administration of M365 & Azure, Exchange, SharePoint, Power Automate, M365 Endpoint (Intune), M365 Security (Defender), M365 Compliance (Purview)
  • Create policy documents for consumption across the organisation

Requirements:

  • Extensive and confident knowledge of using and configuring latest M365 technologies.
  • Familiar with using Zendesk or similar helpdesk software
  • Experience in managing, configuring and administrating SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive and Outlook
  • Demonstrative experience in your contribution to process or project improvement
  • The desire to grow within your role and create and lead a team.
  • Current and relevant Microsoft Certification Competencies & Skills.
  • Demonstrable experience of leading on and supporting a M365 environment.
  • Good project management skills with a systematic approach to problem solving
  • Skilled at providing training and support.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
