Job description
- Providing 1st line support as require through a ticketing system (service now)
- Installing new hardware, operating systems and software programs;
- Responding to users in a professional manner by arriving on time and working on an issue until it’s resolved and against agreed SLAs
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems.
- Set-up & disable user accounts/profiles
- Support Video Conferencing
- Assist senior support staff, e.g Platform Architect and Service Desk Lead, by supporting cloud services.
- Dealing with VIP users
Skills & Experiences Required
Knowledge of
Windows Operating Systems - install, maintain and troubleshoot
- MS Office products - install, maintain and troubleshoot
- Good communication skills and ability to manage different stakeholders across the Business
- Self-starter and a good team player
- Good general education (A levels/Degree )
- Some knowledge of service desk software such as Service-Now but not essential
- Full training can be given to the succesful candidate
