Here at XPO, we’re looking for a Systems Administrator to join our team in Rugby, supporting a fast-paced ecommerce brand. Working a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern, you’ll be covering 07:00 – 19:00.

Pay, benefits and more:

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £24,000 per annum. In addition, we offer holiday pay, access to a variety of high street discounts, as well as a cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension, and many other perk such as access to our own university hub – home to a wealth of online learning.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• 
  Ensure that the systems (hardware & software) are running smoothly and any issues with the systems are resolved in the quickest time possible
• Offer first line support for IT hardware, software, network, and operating system problems
• Maintain hardware inventory, ensuring currency of information and complete data integrity
• Promote flexibility through skills training and personal development

What you need to succeed at XPO:

  Strong IT experience
• Excellent communication skills – written & verbal
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Focussed and flexible in your approach to work
