IT Support* Technician* MicrosoftIT SupportOswestry Full Time Onsite Position Competitive Salary + Company BenefitsWe have an exciting opportunity to join a marketing leading client market within their IT department as an IT Support Engineer.This is a hands on position and will include installing equipment, assistance with technical maintenance including network infrastructure and providing on-going support and training to staff.The Role: * Provide IT support including via Email, Phone and Face to Face* Ensure all IT requests are logged in a timely manner* Administration of Active Directory and amendment of user accounts* Monitoring basic system and network statistics and warnings* Commissioning new hardware with speed and accuracy* Providing support to company mobile devices* Support internal phone systems* Liaising with external IT provider* Assisting in the company’s development of its IT policiesEssential Skills:* GCSE Maths and English Essential* COMPTIA A+ or equivalent* A minimum of 1 years experience working within a similar position* Prior experience of CRM development and administrationFor further information contact Paige Bevan on for further information.
