About the Role:

Join our team as a Full-time Support/Infrastructure Engineer, where you’ll play a crucial role in providing onsite, remote, and end-user support for businesses in the York area.

As a mentor to junior team members, you’ll share your expertise and contribute to collaborative projects and account management tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct onsite visits to customer offices primarily in York
Provide excellent communication and time management skills
Support networking and client access, including Azure Active Directory environments
Maintain Microsoft Servers, operating systems, and network storage devices
Mentor junior team members and contribute to project-based work

About You:

We’re looking for a highly motivated individual with a passion for IT and a strong ability to work both independently and within a team.

The ideal candidate will possess:

Full driving license
Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Servers and Desktop (10/11)
Experience with Microsoft Exchange, Azure Active Directory (including In-Tune and MDM)
Migration experience: On-Premise Exchange to Microsoft 365, On-Premise file sharing to Microsoft SharePoint
Virtual machine setup and configuration (Hyper-V / VMWare)
Strong understanding of networking concepts including VPN, VLAN, ACL
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical issues to end-users
