The Role
We are on the look-out for an experienced IT Support Engineer to join our team and deal with escalations. This position is responsible for dedicated escalation support and troubleshooting. You must be comfortable working in a Microsoft Server, Exchange, VMware and medium size business IT environment.
What you’ll be doing:

  • Be the primary contact for logging support incidents and requests from end users, keeping users up to date with incident progress and upholding the highest standard of professional service.
  • Creating and supporting domain and Office365 accounts and services.
  • Support of mobile devices with Microsoft Intune.
  • Imaging desktop and laptop machines.
  • Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades and security patching.
  • Administering and troubleshooting Office365 technologies inc. SharePoint and OneDrive.
  • Supporting Mimecast email security systems.

Who we are looking for:

  • Good communication skills and potential to learn new technologies
  • Office 365 (highly desirable) - security, user & tenant management, DNS, troubleshooting, group membership etc.
  • Networking experience TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP - Cisco Desirable
  • Exchange 2013, Office 365
  • VMware and HyperV virtualization
  • Experience working with Microsoft Teams
