We are on the look out for a bright and enthusiastic IT Support Engineer to join our small but rapidly growing UK team. You will get to manage the IT provision across the business both from a hardware and software perspective. In addition to this you will be responsible for key projects including overseeing IT migration projects, identifying suitable software solutions for complex business requirements and ensuring our data is securely held and backed up. This is a fast paced and hands on role with excellent scope for progression.

What you will be doing:


  • Manage migration project from Google Suite to Office 365
  • Employee tech deployment as well as account set-up, device management and training to ensure a smooth onboarding primarily in a remote capacity
  • Working with the offshore team to ensure data security between systems and providers
  • Manage data security ensuring company data is securely held and backed up
  • Manage data flows and data quality between systems
  • Investigate new and more suitable systems to ensure Naama is able to scale, at pace globally
  • General systems support including laptop builds, printers and mobile phones
  • Securing networks and advising users on best practices
  • Oversee phone systems, in studio cameras and all other hardware across the business.
  • Office 365 email, Teams and SharePoint Administration
  • Manage end-to-end IT set-up for new studios and global roll-out

What you will need:


  • Experience with a diverse portfolio of IT systems including Google Workspace and extensive Microsoft 365
  • Previous experience managing internal, IT migration projects
  • Apple mac and Windows 10 desktop support experience
  • Good knowledge of administering cloud technologies
  • Technical degree or equivalent vocational qualification.
  • A can do, helpful and supportive attitude with the ability to work in a fast paced, startup environment
  • Curious nature with the want to explore new and improved solutions to complex IT challenges
  • 2+ years relevant experience within a startup environment
