Role:IT Support Engineer
Salary:£27,000 – £30,000
Location:Lutterworth (On-site)

Our client, a large scale, multi-faceted business in Lutterworth, are looking for an IT Support Engineer to join their team.

As IT Support Engineer, you will provide support across multiple business functions, to ensure adherence to current IT practises.

IT Support Engineer Skills / Background –

• Windows support experience
• Competent admin & general IT skills
• macOS experience (desired)
• Able to meet deadlines and plan effectively
• Natural problem solver
• Driving license & access to car

IT Support Engineer Role Responsibilities –·

• Hands on hardware experience
• React to common IT questions and help requests
• Support the system operating on Windows / macOS
• Assist with site audits and technological upgrades
• Offer technical assistance for projects requiring IT support.
• Troubleshoot and fix serious technical problems
• Act as 1st/2ndline support and escalate where appropriate 3rd line
• Visit client sites to support on hardware issues
