We have an exceptional career opportunity for a Senior IT Technician to join this dynamic client in Chesterfield. ABOUT THE COMPANY: This is a global organization known for manufacturing and supplying packaging components within the FMCG sector. Their commitment to manufacturing excellence and quality has established them as a leader in the industry. RESPONSIBILITIES: Use your experience in SAP or equivalent ERP systems to facilitate and maintain critical processes and integrations. Deliver tech support and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and network infrastructure. Work with internal teams to deploy customized IT solutions, upgrades, and enhancements to meet industry requirements. Monitor and optimize system performance. Contribute to the development and implementation of effective IT policies, procedures, and best practices. KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: Proven experience in a Senior IT Support position. SAP/ERP systems experience is highly desirable. An excellent understanding of IT infrastructure. SALARY & BENEFITS: Competitive salary of up to £35,000 per annum.
