IT Support Assistant - 37 hours per week


£19,000 - £24,000 per annum

As an IT Support Assistant for Cornwall Care, you’ll be working in our Support Office, based in Threemilestone, As a person with a can-do attitude and all round IT skills you will oversee and manage the support service provided by our supplier, ensuring that a high level support service is delivered to our clients.


What you’ll do:
  • Build, maintain and grow relationships with our clients and act as the liaison between our primary supplier and clients.
  • Assist with software releases and roll-outs, including communications to the end users.
  • Support the Service Delivery Manager to deliver a customer focused IT service.
  • Maintain system documentation.


What you’ll need:

  • Work experienced as a technical support engineer.
  • Experience supporting Windows 10 and desktop applications.
  • Knowledge of computer hardware and networking systems.
  • Team working skills
  • Ability to remain cool under pressure
  • Can – do attitude
