IT Support Apprentice

Typical roles and responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Providing 1st Line Technical Support to our clients who are in varying sectors
• Using a ticketing system and ensuring tickets are kept up to date, clients are kept up to date and the necessary details are documented
• Escalating to 2nd Line/3rd Line Support as required
• Documenting processes and technical information as required
• Monitoring and actioning alerts from companies internal systems
• Pre-configuring IT Hardware

Full training and support will be provided throughout your apprenticeship by both Baltic Apprenticeships and RoundWorks IT.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Some hands on experience from education or spare time would be beneficial

• Willing to go the extra mile to deliver outstanding customer service
• Passion for IT

• Grade 4/C GCSE or equivalent in Mathematics is required

There are career progression opportunities available upon completion of the program. You, along with your employer, may decide to progress into a full-time position with the business or progress onto a Level 4 Apprenticeship.
