What’s Involved?

It will be your job to ensure that Team Worldwide are supported in using the IT systems (hardware and software) to facilitate them in their role. Part of the Operations Team, IT aims to provide an ongoing service to support issue resolution, equipment/software replacement cycles and updates. Your roles will include:

• Support and guide Team Worldwide on how to benefit from our IT systems.

• Provide IT support for hardware and software issues.
• Assist in deployment of IT hardware and Software updates and changes.
• Undertake learning to expand the IT support role as your knowledge increases.
• First point of contact at the IT Helpdesk.
• Apply problem solving techniques to troubleshoot IT issues.
• Assist the Head of IT in maintaining the IT service both in the office and remotely to those working elsewhere.
• Manage users and permissions in Office 365 and Active Directory.
• Assist in managing onsite server and network maintenance to ensure maximum availability and reliability.
• Undertake any other duties that fall within the scope of the post as allocated by the line manager.

What do they need from you?

• Strong organisational skills
• Good level of literacy and numeracy – English and Maths National 5 (or equivalent) or significant interest in this industry.
• Basic IT Knowledge
• Self-confident and articulate
• Professional attitude and presentation
• Interest in charity and personal development optimal
