Description

Our client is looking to recruit a IT Support Analyst / Service Desk Analyst on an on-going contract basis.

As part of this role you will be responsible for:

  • Working within a busy, fast paced environment,
  • Working as the first point of contact for IT users across the business
  • Logging IT issues via an online system including phone call, email request and online web chats
  • Resolve or escalate to the relevant team for resolution

The successful candidate will have previous experience within a Customer Service role such as call centre, retail or customer facing based role or have experience on a IT Service Desk at a 1st line or 1st / 2nd line support level. You must have excellent customer service skills and an interest in IT.

We are looking for someone with a friendly and confident nature who perhaps has a keen interest in the IT sector, that is keen on building a career/progressing within an established organisation.

Experience with Windows 7 – 10, Active Directory, IT Hardware and MS Office knowledge would be ideal, along with the ability to learn new procedures quickly with training.
