The Group IT Dept has an opening for a self-motivated, confident and enthusiastic person with a technical IT background to join their busy IT Support team as an IT Support Analyst.

Role Overview

A technical IT Support Analyst capable of supporting Desktop PC’s and Laptops, Mobile Devices, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Email, Printer and general IT equipment and applications. Tasks encompass:-

• 1st/2nd line support as part of Cambridge based IT Support Centre
• Remote resolution focus with need for occasional on-site visits within the UK
• Build/rebuild of laptops/Desktops/Mobile Devices in support of new employees, additional applications or other changes
• User creation set-up and alterations
• Basic network support and troubleshooting

Based at the Groups Cambridge Quorum offices.

Skills required

• Minimum of 12 months’ experience in customer facing IT support environment
• Reasonable knowledge of Microsoft product sets, including Active Directory and Microsoft 365
• A good understanding of TCP/IP networks WAN/LAN/WLAN
• Solid hardware diagnostic, set-up and repair skills
• Operational knowledge of endpoint A/V and appreciation of security posture
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• A team player
