The role

What will you be doing?

Deskside Support Analyst

Hybrid – Basingstoke based c. 2-3 days a week with a willingness to travel to our Dorking office when required

What will you bring?

We are seeking a motivated and experienced 2nd line Deskside IT Support Analyst to join our team. This role is crucial in delivering exceptional business value to our internal customers by providing support for infrastructure services, systems and technologies.

You will utilise ServiceNow and respond promptly to service requests and incident tickets, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction. Excellent customer service skills are vital, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.

To be successful in this role you must demonstrate a flexible mindset and willingness to learn new technologies and processes. You will also contribute to project work, providing technical expertise and support. Candidates are required to have proficiency in using ServiceNow or similar ticket management systems, with a strong knowledge of supporting Office 365 and Microsoft packages in a 2nd line technical role.
