• Contract: Fixed term contract linked to the length of the apprenticeship (normally 15 months)
• Hours: Full time, 37 hours per week
• Base: You will be based in the Harrogate Hub
• FTE salary: £ 11,575 per annum

This is an exciting opportunity to join a friendly, close-knit IT team that supports each other. This is a dynamic and varied workplace. The Team prides itself in consistently delivering a high standard of support to all stakeholders, from Senior Leadership to students aged 4 and above.

The Red Kite Learning Trust has undergone an extensive IT Project that has resulted in the formation of a centralised network delivering high-level IT service to the Trust. IT Services are responsible for providing IT support to all areas of the Trust, with a focus on providing in-person and remote support to all schools promoting teaching and learning excellence across the Trust.

You will participate on an apprenticeship with QA to achieve the nationally recognised ITQ qualification, as well as valuable work experience.

We are looking for someone who:

· will provide technical support and advice to pupils and staff in using IT equipment

· will manage and progress tickets on the RKLT helpdesk system

· facilitate the smooth running of the IT systems by undertaking reasonable tasks as required

· will be enthusiastic and eager to learn
