Job Description

We are currently recruiting an IT Service Catalogue Manager for a client who are a Globally recognised Defence organisation. Based in Corsham with Hybrid working on offer you’ll create and deliver industry standards for IT Service Catalogue Management.

Your Duties

Have strong knowledge of the organisation capabilities, expertise and services

Provide consistent information on all services and ensure catalogues are readily available

Design and create Service Catalogue Plans, ensuring these are kept up to date and widely available

Establish the Service Catalogue by management of implementation

Responsible for the training plans / material to support the Service Catalogues

Ensuring all procedures and documentation and maintained and updated

Skills / Experience Required

Proven experience in the Design and Creation of Service Catalogues

Must be eligible for SC Level security clearances (British only passport holders)

Relevant IT / Engineering Degree
