Due to growth, our client is now looking to recruit a IT Service Desk Team Leader who will take responsibility for the day-to-day function of the Service Desk. This will involve coordinating the workload for the IT Service Desk Technicians along with acting as third line support for escalated issues.

To be considered for this position, you will need to have:
  • Experience in a team leader role, or as a technical project lead
  • Strong communication and planning skills with the ability to articulate technical solutions
  • Experience of operating or managing an ITSM system, i.e., Freshdesk, Jira or similar
  • Demonstrable experience of taking complex break/fix issues from initial report to resolution
  • Excellent interpersonal skills together with a strong customer focused approach
