A new and unique opportunity has arisen to join the new MY Digital Service Desk team as a Team Leader at The Mid Yorkshire Hospitals NHS Trust.

The Digital Service Desk delivers Trust-wide first-line contact support for staff across the Trust in raising and logging IT-related issues.

We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and proactive individual to assist in supporting the Digital Service Desk with day-to-day activities, coordinating and planning of the service, and contributing to its ongoing development with users and other departmental teams.

The post holder will be part of a new team working closely with all other teams within the Digital Services department. Experience of supervising staff, call handling, service desk support and IT solutions would be advantageous.

The post is within the IT/digital function and provides an ideal platform to learn and develop within the NHS and digital field.
