An opportunity has arisen for an experienced IT Service Desk Analyst to join the Group IT function on a permanent basis to provide high quality, professional first line support to end users across the business.

Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager – Service Desk, this role involves working within the IT Service Hub Team, which is a blend of 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support roles designed to support end users. You will be the first point of contact for the receipt, action and co-ordination of service requests and incidents along with the responsibility for performing hands-on-fixes, assisting 2nd and 3rd line support, collaborating with stakeholders internal and external and ensuring compliance with ISO27001 standards.

To be successful in this role you will need to have:

  • Previous experience of 1st line support within an IT Service Desk / IT Customer Service environment.
  • Experience supporting end users with Microsoft products e.g. Windows 10, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint Online, Project online etc.
  • A high attention to detail along with experience of providing excellent levels of customer service and the ability to work under pressure in a busy environment.
  • The ability to collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • Knowledge of the implications of handling data.

Our IT Service hours are between 8.30am to 5.00pm, excluding bank holidays. This role is usually based at our Plumpton park site however, due to Covid-19 restrictions there will be a mixture of home working and on-site support to ensure effective service delivery to our customers.
