IT Service Desk Analyst - 1st/2nd line

IT Service Desk Analyst required to join a growing telecommunication solutions provider based in Basingstoke with multiple offices across the UK.

As an IT Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for the day-to-day analysis and resolution of incidents and requests, ensuring that SLAs are met.

The position would suit someone with 1-5 years’ experience in a 1st line role who is looking to step up into a role involving more 2nd line. The company can offer a clear progression path from 2nd line to 3rd.

Essential knowledge:

  • 1+ years’ experience in a 1st line role
  • Windows Desktop environments and Active Directory
  • Strong Microsoft product knowledge
  • Networking knowledge: LAN, VPN, TCP/IP
  • Strong customer service skills
