Location: Blackburn, BB1 2FA – Office Based

Contract: Full-Time Hours / Permanent

Salary: Dependent on experience & Bonus Scheme

What will my role look like?

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Delivery Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience working with ServiceNow and ITIL, and previous experience in a similar role.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of IT services to our end users and retail locations across multiple countriess This includes ensuring that services are delivered on time, and that they meet or exceed our employees expectations.

You will also be responsible for managing more than one team of service delivery professionals, and for ensuring that they have the skills and resources they need to succeed. This role will involve third party vendor management, ensuring external support companies delivering as expected & are in line with their SLAs.

What would my main responsibilities be?

Manage the delivery of IT services to clients, including ensuring that services are delivered on time and within budget
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, and ensure that their needs and expectations are met or exceeded
Oversee a team of service delivery professionals, and ensure that they have the skills and resources they need to succeed
Monitor and report on the performance of services, and take action to improve performance as needed
Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery
Holding SLA reviews with third party support vendors
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices, and incorporate new technologies and approaches into service delivery as appropriate

Candidate Requirements

Extensive experience working with ServiceNow and ITIL frameworks
Strong experience managing the delivery of IT services to clients and employees
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership skills and experience managing teams
A proven track record of delivering high-quality services on time
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
