We’re looking for two Project Managers to come and join our IT team at Avanti West Coast. One role will specialise in HQ systems and the other in Customer Experience.

Essentials for both roles include:

  • To work with the business to help formulate and implement the IT strategy for the relevant specialism
  • To support and drive technical innovation, including bringing the Business with you to help create an amazing customer experience and operational performance
  • To lead the IT relationship and engagement with the relevant team.
  • To evaluate supplier solutions with the business making recommendations for their suitability ensuring they conform to the overall strategic direction for IT systems
  • To work in partnership with the Business to initiate, plan, and drive IT projects ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and deliver the agreed business benefits
  • To monitor IT projects and report on progress, issues and risks, and cost control
  • To have sufficient technical knowledge to be able to manage and challenge IT suppliers who support us with the relevant systems
  • Subject Matter Expert for all Customer Experience/HQ systems
