Rate:£ 433 per day via an Umbrella Company (Inside IR35) or £ 320 per day PAYE

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be a highly motivated IT business analyst with project manager skills and experience to be an integral member of the the IT projects & manufacturing product team within the global manufacturing and supply chain portfolio.
The successful candidate will be an experienced IT business analyst who will be required to work with manufacturing plant & upfront ME PCD teams, scope demand with stakeholders, work with existing and new project teams, deliver approved projects, work alongside the functions product managers to carryout application analysis, software renewals, requirements gathering, problem identification and resolution, coach and mentor project teams in the capability and deployment approach for plant floor and supply chain applications within the client manufacturing environment.
This role will be expected to work across several different projects simultaneously, managing time effectively, prioritising tasks accordingly in support of vehicle programmes at client and support the appropriate portfolio managers as required.
Skills Required:
  • Experience of managing IT change projects.
  • Proven experience of stakeholder management at all levels.
  • Methodical detailed approach to work context.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify how one issue can impact on another and put in place the required interventions through support or from own knowledge base.
  • Ability to manage significant risks and issues.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proven supplier management experience.
  • Commercially astute thinking.
  • Ability to work to tight timescales.
  • Negotiation and adaptability.
