Reporting to the Director of Strategic Projects you’ll spend your days working alongside workstream leaders and project managers to manage an action-packed programme of work. You’ll lead a team of Transition Specialists to respond and support the charity’s priorities.

  • Managing risks and opportunities – getting the right people involved at the right time to get brilliant outcomes
  • Leading and updating the plan – reporting on progress
  • Keeping brilliant records – managing the programme plan, delivering brilliant reports, maintaining project documentation, you’ll make sure that we are compliant with our internal processes and governance procedures
  • Keeping it agile! Responding to the changing organisational environment and competing priorities, you’ll adapt, challenge, and flex with stakeholders to help them deliver their incredible work in the best way.
