Title: Programme Assistant - 37201

Contract Position based at: Gaydon

Rate: Up to £17.47/hour Ltd rate (c£13.56/hour PAYE option)

Position Description:

Programme Assistant to the Programme Manager. Role is to support the Programme Manager & wider team by taking on various tasks across the programme. These include managing the backlog of non deployments & the collection of Win7 old devices.

Skills Required:

Business or project administration skills evidenced with previous reference required to manage assigned tasks to complete the Windows 10 project to plan. Ability to engage stakeholders in TEAMS chats, email, phone and if needed in person to progress administration tasks required to complete the programme. Ability to self manage tasks assigned summarising progress, ensuring clear communications on issues or blockers building trust with the wider stakeholders that role engages with. Team player, able to work at a pace positively on repetitive tasks e.g.: engaging with x00 of people to progress action in email, coordinating responses, managing queries and focused on completion to plan. Email management skills. TEAM Chat management skills. Excel management skills to track actions, update status and report on status.
