The Role

We are seeking a friendly, professional individual to join our team as an IT Manager, to manage and
implement the high levels of technical support needed throughout the business whilst working closely
and maintaining a strong professional relationship with our outsourced IT Support supplier. As this is a
new role the successful candidate will be able to grow and develop the role in their own way, whilst
ensuring that the integrity of the business is not compromised. This role is a full time position, the
successful candidate will be required to be flexible with their working hours, to support the 27/4
operation.

Responsibilities

Managing ourfirst line technical support function for office based and remote working employees
to ensure that technical issues are resolved, including managing relationships with external
suppliers to co-ordinate the response
Managing the technical aspect of setting up new clients and processing system changes for
existing clients
Managing the implementation and delivery of technical projects, such as on boarding new
software
Maintaining a close relationship with the Compliance Department to support adherence to
ISO27001
Managing and promoting training and coaching to increase technical awareness within the team
Managing the analysing of patterns and trends in support requests in order to spot underlying
issues.

What we’re looking for

The candidate will have strong IT skills, good attention to detail, the ability to implement processes and
procedure, excellent verbal and written communication skills, experience in Microsoft Operating Systems
and Applications. Experience in a managerial position would be preferred however support and
mentoring will be provided for the right candidate.
