Position Overview: As an IT Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing IT infrastructure, providing technical support, and driving IT initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Hands-On IT Management: Maintain and manage IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations.

2. Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues for end-users.

3. IT Strategy: Collaborate with senior management to align IT strategy with business goals.

4. Project Management: Lead IT projects from inception to completion.

5. Security: Implement and enforce security measures.

6. Vendor Management: Oversee vendor relationships.

7. Team Leadership: Manage a small IT team if applicable.

9. Budget Management: Assist in IT budget preparation and management.

Qualifications:
