Gulliver’s Theme Parks consists of 4 UK locations, providing families with incredible days out and short breaks throughout the year.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Manager to lead a small, dynamic team, based at Gulliver’s World Warrington. As the IT Manager at Gulliver’s Theme Parks, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our IT operations across all four UK locations. You will be responsible for maintaining the technology infrastructure that supports our parks and various resort experiences.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee the management and maintenance of network systems and software across all Gulliver’s theme park locations.
• This is a hands-on role; you will be directly assisting with physical installations and infrastructure maintenance.
• Work closely with our third-party IT support provider.
• Implement and enforce IT security protocols to safeguard systems, data, and guest information.
• Manage multiple IT projects, from planning and execution to successful completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain seamless operations.
• Collaborate with other departments and team members across our 4 UK locations to understand their technology needs and provide solutions.
• Stay up to date with the latest IT trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to the leisure and hospitality industry.

This position will be based at Gulliver’s World Warrington in Cheshire. Occasional travel between our 4 UK locations will be required.

Experience and skills:

• Proven experience in IT management.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of successful IT project delivery.
• Professional certifications such as CompTIA, Cisco, or ITIL preferred.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
• Demonstrated expertise in network administration, security protocols, and system maintenance.
• Proficiency in IT infrastructure planning, implementation, and optimization.

Salary: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
