IntaPeople are delighted to be working with a highly established professional services organisation based in Swansea/Neath. Due to continued growth and business requirements, we now have the pleasure in offering out this position for a new IT Manager to join the business.

You will be joining a small but established IT team who provides support for up to 80+ internal users. We’re looking for a candidate who wants career progression, autonomy, and the opportunity to shape and advise the board with IT updates and requirements. This would suit either an established IT Manager looking for more responsibilities or someone wanting to step into a management role (who has proven experience).

We’re looking for candidates who have skills in:

  • Proven experience as an IT Manager or experienced IT Officer
  • An IT related qualification or degree
  • Strong experience working on internal CMS’s and developing the ecosystem further to benefit the organisation
  • IT support (including software and hardware)
  • Solid skills in Microsoft packages and email support
  • Cyber Essentials, GDPR, Health & Safety

You will be responsible for (but not limited to):

  • The organisations entire IT department
  • Line management of two IT officers/administrators
  • Working closely with directors to develop the IT strategy (short and long-term)
  • Work closely with other managers to support new starters, upgrades, and maintenance
  • Responsible for the IT equipment and third-party supplier contracts
  • Supporting online growth and presence through marketing and Google Ads
  • Work with external IT partners when extra support is needed
