Join our IT department as an Infrastructure Engineer and you’ll become part the leading kitchen specialist in Europe.

Please note this role can be based from our Darlington or West Yorkshire (Cliffe Park, Morley) site

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be responsible for the delivery of 2nd and 3rd line infrastructure support by resolving all incidents and problems that are escalated by the Desktop support or Service Desk function. You’ll support the UK infrastructure covering Desktops, Imaging, Software deployment solutions, AD, physical and virtual server estate both Windows and Unix, systems backups, our enterprise networks and Cisco UCS telecom systems.

How you will qualify for the role

You’ll have experience in a similar role ideally qualified to HND level, preferably in an IT related discipline. You’ll have knowledge of SCCM, ITIL, MAC OS, VMWare, Microsoft OS Versions and Cisco. You must have excellent communication skill be interpersonal along with being organised with the ability to solve problems effectively.
