This is a great opportunity to join a growing IT support business, involved right at the heart providing customer support on site with the flexibility to take ownership of any situation.

You will travel to site when customers require maintenance, repair or new installs, upgrades and new configurations. There will also be the opportunity to assess future work with new and existing clients.

The right candidate will possess :-

• Excellent communication skills
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic
• Previous experience in an IT role
• Problem solving and attention to detail

Experience

• PC Installs
• Troubleshooting with respect to Windows, Mac and Microsoft Office applications along with peripherals
• Supporting and configuring server solutions including Windows, Exchange and virtualisation e.g. VM Ware
• Switches
• Preventative maintenance on PCs, networks and servers
• Office 365
• Network devices such as wireless routers and firewalls

Excellent progression is available for the right candidates.

General hours are 8am to 5pm mainly locally but with very occasional travel outside the Humberside/North Yorks region.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Salary: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

• Kingston upon Hull: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
