We are recruiting for an IT Business Systems Support individual to join a successful manufacturing company in Mere, Wiltshire.

Hours of work for this position are Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.15pm with an early finish on Fridays at 4.15pm.

Managing the IT Helpdesk to provide 1st Line IT support to users, this role requires excellent IT skills with ability to troubleshoot problems.

The ideal candidate will have a flair for communication and feel comfortable interacting with a range of people at all levels within the business.

What you will do.

  • ERP (WinMan) Systems Support.
  • Conduct initial analysis of data within the ERP System.
  • Build reports in Power BI/ Microsoft Report Studio
  • Work alongside the IT Manager to implement changes to the IT Systems.
  • Assist with new IT and Technology Projects throughout the business.
  • Conduct regular server backups.
  • Consult with key suppliers (IT Ambulance, WinMan, Tableau, Esker) and raise issues that by users.
  • Install hardware and software for new users.
  • Systems training and documentation
  • Telephone calls, managing post, managing printers

Skills and experience.

Experience of SQL Query Writing and advanced Excel skills are essential. Good business acumen and numerical skills are also required to succeed in this role.
