Our 2-year Apprenticeship programme is designed to provide you with the skills and experience to help you progress your career and contribute to Arbuthnot Latham’s continuing success. The programme is designed for students completing college in 2023.

The Apprenticeship Programme will be delivered in on-the-job learning which aligns to your enrolled Apprenticeship course, overviews of other parts of the Bank, exposure to Senior Leaders and opportunities to work on projects.

Successful completion of the programme and your external accreditation will set you with excellent career prospects and you will be well positioned to have a meaningful career in Arbuthnot Latham.

The successful candidate must have permission to work in the UK and must be able to join the scheme in September 2023.

Job Purpose

This role is based within the IT Data, Innovation and Architecture team of 10 colleagues. The team is responsible for providing data and integration services to core platforms and key business units around the business, in addition to providing Architecture services to programmes and systems to ensure the technical alignment to standards and future models.

This role be responsible for supporting the Head of Innovation & Chief Architect with a range of administrative duties including documentation of key processes, tracking actions form various internal and external governance bodies and production of monthly reporting for Operations, Architecture and Information security meetings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Documenting key processes and procedures
  • Tracking actions from various bodies (compliance, risk, ISG)
  • Attending key platform meetings
  • Assisting with the management of ticket and backlog queues
  • Escalate relevant issues to more experienced members of the team
  • Responsible for managing risks inherent to the role by diligently observing internal policies and procedures

Qualifications
