Business Analyst – Derbyshire – Up to £40,000 benefits and flexible working This well-established company based in Derbyshire are looking to add a Business Analyst to join an established team and identify business problems and future opportunities Communication is key for this role as you will be required to communicate complex information in clear and concise language to relevant stakeholders. The Business Analyst will be required to identify and agree solutions to improve processes and systems, and manage these from inception, through delivery and into implementation. The client would be happy for someone to work remotely as long as they can attend their Derbyshire office once a fortnight for team meetings. Responsibilities: Gather information and translate the requirements into straightforward Functional specifications. The Business Analyst will analyse and generate data about the company performance to be presented to the management team. Identify solutions to business issues and opportunities. To prepare system documentation and liaise with Management as required. Research procedures to identify ways to improve business process performance. Experience & Requirements for the Business Analyst role: Experience working with stakeholders in order to create business cases. Experience in working to strict deadlines, both individually and as part of a team BPMN process documentation Data analysis and visualization Experience writing SQL queries is desirable. The ideal Business analyst will be degree qualified although this is not essential. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Business Analyst to join a growing company.
