Do you have a genuine interest in IT? We have a fantastic opportunity an apprentice to join a growing and supportive business. The role offers fantastic opportunities for those with a passion for IT, who want to develop in a growing business.

Main Duties:

  • Front line support for IT issues
  • Provide first line support against targeted KPI’s
  • Support staff with security issues and general application issues
  • Maintain and improve databases, and network management
  • Installation and maintenance of business systems and hardware
  • Liaise with 3rd party support /software companies
  • Deal with repairs and warranties
  • Support the procurement of all IT hardware and services
  • Support marketing on projects, including wed site maintenance
  • Support administration of quality systems including procedures and policies
  • Support report writing across all departments
  • Data warehouse management

Qualifications required:

GCSEs grades 4 to 9 (A* to C) in English & Maths or equivalent

37.5 hours per week

Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm with 1 hour for lunch unpaid

£281.25 per week
