We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented IT Account Manager to join our team, dedicated to ensuring outstanding service delivery and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Conduct regular Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) with existing clients to assess their satisfaction, discuss service improvements, and identify new opportunities.
  • Maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by providing exceptional service and support.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all customer account management matters.
  • Service Level Agreement (SLA) Compliance:
  • Ensure that all IT service issues are resolved within the stipulated SLA parameters.
  • Monitor and report on SLA performance to both clients and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with the technical support team to address and prevent recurring issues.
  • Business Development:
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities for support contract customers through various methods including networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Keep abreast of emerging trends in IT services and adjust strategies to capture new market opportunities.
  • Strategic Planning:
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of the company’s service offerings based on customer feedback and market trends.
  • Participate in strategic planning meetings with the management team.
  • Reporting and Documentation:
  • Prepare regular reports on account status, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven work experience as an IT Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or relevant role in the IT industry.
  • Understanding of IT services and technical terminology.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and collaborate with clients and internal teams.
  • Proficient in CRM software and MS Office suite.
