We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented IT Account Manager to join our team, dedicated to ensuring outstanding service delivery and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Conduct regular Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) with existing clients to assess their satisfaction, discuss service improvements, and identify new opportunities.
- Maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by providing exceptional service and support.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all customer account management matters.
- Service Level Agreement (SLA) Compliance:
- Ensure that all IT service issues are resolved within the stipulated SLA parameters.
- Monitor and report on SLA performance to both clients and internal teams.
- Collaborate with the technical support team to address and prevent recurring issues.
- Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new opportunities for support contract customers through various methods including networking, referrals, and market research.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Keep abreast of emerging trends in IT services and adjust strategies to capture new market opportunities.
- Strategic Planning:
- Contribute to the development and refinement of the company’s service offerings based on customer feedback and market trends.
- Participate in strategic planning meetings with the management team.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare regular reports on account status, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions.
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as an IT Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or relevant role in the IT industry.
- Understanding of IT services and technical terminology.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and collaborate with clients and internal teams.
- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office suite.
