Workplace IT specialise in providing IT Services to medium and large Social Care clients throughout the UK.

As part of our growth we have on-boarded and continue to support a number of smaller social care clients as well as a growing number of commercial (non-care) clients.

Our ethos is the apply the same service levels to our smaller social care and commercial clients as we do our large clients and to support our growth we are now looking for an IT Account Manager to take responsibility for the relationship with our smaller clients.

It is anticipated that around two thirds of your time will be spent in the Taunton office, building on your relationship with these clients by phone, Teams and Email while researching and producing quotes for their daily growing needs.

The other third of your time will be spent face to face with our clients based around the UK (predominantly Southwest, South UK and East Anglia) updating yourself on their business needs, advising on new solutions and services, reviewing service performance and agreements, and managing their strategic and replacement roadmaps.

Experience we are looking for:
2 x Years B2B Service Led Account Management
2 x Years Working in an MSP / Telecoms Environment (Nice to have)
2 x Years IT Solution / IT Manager Service Sales (Nice to have)
2 x Years working with ConnectWise Sell / Manager (CRM) (Nice to have)

Candidate Qualities:
Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills
Passion for customer service / going above and beyond
IT and Telecoms Industry Knowledge (nice to have)
Good organisation networker / relationship builder
Strong negotiation skills
Happy to travel / stay in hotels as needed
Proactive Approach
Attention to detail

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
